My front door deadbolt mechanism became almost impossible to use and I it needed replacement, Tomer from Mr. Keysmith came to inspect it and found out that the existing lock could still be repaired. He did so, and not only did he repair the lock but he even adjusted the door such that the bolt lined up with the strike plate. Lock turning is now smooth and easy. I liked that he did not push me into buying a new lock.
