The communication was great and they explained me all the options and prices. I was thinking the locks must be replaced but the  technician told me that he will change only the cylinder pins and is good enough to keep the  house safe. The price was so much cheaper than replacing the locks and I really like my  locks design. Mark the technician was very friendly and and got me 3 doors ready within 30 min.  I will definitely use Mister Key Smith next time I need a locksmith.
