The key broke inside the lock of the front door and I was afraid that I would have to change the entire lock. Dave from Mr. Keysmith removed the broken piece carefully and did not cause any damage. Then he checked the cylinder and made sure that the lock was in good condition and cut a new key for me. Everything worked fine when he finished. Dave was patient and explained to me everything that he was doing, I am very satisfied with the price and with the result, highly recommend this business.
